The best is the CSS Extract and X-ray. You can download the stylesheet from any website and the open a live page in the editor. Any changes you make in the editor are instantly reflected in the live page. Or you can click on any element on the live page and find out what element is controlling it in the stylesheet.

If you are like me, and don’t dream in Page Flow and Z order, this is just an awesome tool.
